Improve FPS

Im running a OAK-D Pro W.

Getting a 3d point from the camera in Touch Designer (using TD's example), my FPS was around 14fps. Which feels quite slow, and there is a noticeable delay.

So I tested this: https://docs.luxonis.com/software-v3/depthai/examples/stereo_depth/stereo_depth/

And visually, still a slow FPS and noticeable delay.

I went to see if I could measure this, but I couldn't find a latency measurement tool for depthai v3, this one was just for v2, which I dont have installed:
luxonis/oak-examplestree/master/random-scripts#oak-latency-test

Any hot tips to
- Improve FPS in Touch Designer
- Improve FPS in standalone Python
- Test latency and FPS using DepthAi v3.

I have asked at the Touch Designer forums, but do you know how to set maxUsbSpeed=dai.UsbSpeed.SUPER_PLUS in TD?

I can interact with the depthai.DeviceBase fine, and it can return the current usb speed, but I can't see how to set it.
