Please update example: depthai_vcpkg_example

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out regarding the example repository at https://github.com/luxonis/depthai_vcpkg_example.

I'm currently experiencing compilation issues when following the instructions in the README. The errors appear to cascade—fixing one issue leads to numerous additional errors appearing. Rather than listing all the errors here, I wanted to first check if there might be an underlying compatibility issue.

My primary goal is to update the 3rdparty/depthai dependency to point to tag v3.0.0.

Would it be possible to:

Update the example to ensure it compiles successfully with the current README instructions?
Provide guidance on properly integrating depthai v3.0.0 into the vcpkg example?

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or direction you could provide on this matter.

Hi @therapscallion,
we haven't yet updated the vcpkg example to work with the DepthAI v3.0.0, but the version that's commited inside the example should work.

We do plan to get to update the example by the end of the year and add back the support for a direct vcpkg integration.
