OAK-D Pro POE falling out of caliberation

Hello,

My company has purchased 50+ Oak-D Pro POE cameras and have been working with them for nearly 2 years trying to integrate them into a robotics automation product we are developing. In our experience with this camera we have noticed cameras falling out of calibration, requiring us to perform a recalibration. We believe this may be due to mechanical forces (impact, vibration, etc.) experienced by the camera or perhaps thermal expansion. What are the conditions under which these cameras need to be recalibrated so we can account for this in our operations planning.

The depth deterioration is somewhat expected and are due to mechanical stress and thermal expansion. We are working on a solution with runtime calibration which should be out very soon on the V3. It will allow you to recalibrate the cameras automatically.

That's exciting news to hear. Will the automatic re-calibration require a fiducial marker (charuco board) in view of the camera?
