CAM_C not showing on OAK ToF and ToF depth readings inaccurate

I'm new to Luxonis and recently purchased an OAK ToF camera. I followed the OAK-D SR PoE setup instructions from the documentation, but when I run DepthAI Viewer, only CAM_A and CAM_B are visible — CAM_C doesn’t appear, as shown in the screenshot I attached. Additionally, the TOF depth measurements seem inaccurate. Could you help me figure out what I might be doing wrong or if there’s something else I should follow

Can you run cam_test.py (inside utilities directory - luxonis/depthai-pythonblob/main/utilities/cam_test.py) and paste the result (of both images as well as the terminal output).

Can you run camtest with DEPTHAI_DEBUG=1? https://docs.luxonis.com/software/depthai/debugging/#Pipeline%20Debugging-Debugging%20with%20environmental%20variable%20
