I used my Oak-Thermal outside for the first time and realized I have an issue with the RGB sensor. Most of the images across two different collections were completely washed out. At first I thought I was having an issue with my ROS2 config settings, however after running the depth-ai viewer with my Oak-Thermal looking outside, I noticed that the camera's auto exposure isn't working, as if it has a min value that it stops at. The camera is being used in POE mode.
Attached are three images, the first is the oak thermal with autoexposure turned on. The capture starts white and then quickly adjusts to what you see in the captured image.
The 2nd image is from our OakD-LR camera. This is the type of auto exposure I was hoping to get.
The 3rd image is the oak thermal with manual exposure set to 10 and iso set to 100.
These are the only 3 params I changed within my config file for the ros2 launch, but as I said, I experience the same issue when using the standard depthai viewer. Any ideas on how I might go about fixing this?
