Hi guys,
I am wanting to get OAK viewer up and running. According to your docs you have it being supported on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04.

I currently have Ubuntu 20.04, will this be a major issue when trying to run the OAK viewer?

Hi Liam,

you're right that OAK Viewer is officially supported on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04. While it may still work on Ubuntu 20.04, please note that this version is already end-of-life (EOL), and we don’t actively test or support it anymore. Because of that, we can’t guarantee full functionality or compatibility.

We recommend upgrading to Ubuntu 22.04 to ensure the best experience and full support with OAK Viewer.

To clarify further, we can explicitly confirm that the OAK Viewer does not work on Ubuntu 20.04. For a smooth experience, please upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 or later.
