OAK-D-W USB camera: Very buggy stream on OAK Viewer

Hello Luxonis,

My name is Valentin.

I am testing a OAK-D-W USB camera with the OAK Viewer software. I am connecting the camera to my computer with the 3.1 USB cable given with the camera. On the OAK Viewer, I have tried every different but it seems that the problem appears on every type of stream. The quality of the stream is really buggy. It seems that the camera run around 1 image per 5 seconds. I have tried every USB port of my PC and different cables but it seems that the problem persists.

You can find attached logs of the camera when it was running on OAK Viewer.

Please tell me what I can do.

Hi,

First — it seems the logs you mentioned didn’t come through, but before that could you try running this simple example.

This will help us check if the issue is with the OAK Viewer pipeline or something else. If the example runs smoothly, it's likely a Viewer config issue. Once you’ve tried it, let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your response.

As suggested, I have tried to you DepthAI v3 Display camera and the camera works well. I can see the raw and color image. I think it is a OAK Viewer configuration problem.
