  • Oak D CM4 camera not working again

About my oak d CM4 where the raspberry pi was working but I couldn’t connect to the camera, I got a replacement sent out and it was working fine for around 2 months until the same issue occurred. I have contacted the support for luck is but haven’t heard back for 2 weeks.

Not sure what are the next steps

I have submitted a request 2-3 weeks ago and still haven't heard a replay yet and have tried to email but no response

    We've been changing our RMA process so apologies if this took a lot of time. Hopefully, this should no longer happen. The request has been approved though so you should be hearing from us soon.
