Can someone please help me its for a very important project

Hi @KevinSani - sorry for the issues, it should be solved by an Luxonis OS update 1.12.0 when it comes out (should be out shortly).

For a workaround until then, please power-cycle device and the issue should "fix itself".

Tried powercycling didnt work now i am facing a whole new issue Now I am facing an even bigger problem the device is not even turning on it doesnt turn on its led and i cant acces it in anyway what should be done in this case???

Hey @KevinSani ,
Have you had any luck getting the device to turn on again?
Did you remove all cables before plugging them back in? (Remove USB-C, M12 PoE, then replug)
Please let us know so that we can assist you further,
Thanks!

No luck with that tried that and didnt work.

Hey @KevinSani
Do you know which OS you updated to before the camera didn't boot up again?
Additionally could you post a picture of the bottom label on your device?
Thank you!

I am pretty sure i fully flashed with 1.11 the first time and the tried to downgrade back to 1.8 or 1.6 I am not sure about the 2nd part. I have attached the picture below

It must have been OS1.6 if the device didn't boot up again. We had a miss documentation where the documentation would instruct you to perform a full OS flash to OS 1.6, which will not work with your device since it's the latest model which wasn't supported yet in OS 1.6.

Just to confirm, you flashed the OS for the second time, then the device didn't boot up again?

The camera actually booted up when I flashed it but before I could access it, the power went off.

Okay, something went wrong here, most likely the incorrect OS is flashed (which is not your fault). You should receive an email soon with instructions how to proceed further, we will have to RMA your device. Thank you for your patience!
