Hi everyone,
I have an OAK-D Wide PoE that was randomly disconnecting from the network. The bootloader was a bit outdated, so to troubleshoot, I attempted a factory reset through the DepthAI Device Manager. During the reset process, the command line showed an error:
Factory reset cancelled
and shortly after, the Device Manager UI showed:
X_LINK_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND
.
Now, the device is no longer recognized by the Device Manager or by any DepthAI tools. It seems completely undetectable, even though the camera is on, since it warms up. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is it possible to reflash the bootloader manually or force the device into a recovery mode? Is there a hardware reset procedure (like a physical button or jumper) similar to what some mobile or embedded devices have?
Any advice on next steps would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Laura
