Oak Thermal X_LINK_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND

Hi,
neither depthai-viewer nor the examples in depthai-python (e.g. thermal_align.py) did work. Mostly getting error as in title.

Error: Failed to find device after booting, error message:
X_LINK_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND, Try to connect the device to a
different port.

I can ping the cam and other cams work on that machine as well.
I tried both latest main and develop branches and installed requirements after switching to the respective branches via install_requirements.py.

Is there anything I'm missing?

Perhaps a power issue? Not enough power supplied so device browns out?

Is the device connected to DHCP?

I'm using a machine+PoE port that supports the 4P PoE board without problem.

I was also using the PoE injector https://shop.luxonis.com/products/poe-injector?variant=43731965673695
but same behavior.

No DHCP, static IP. I can ping it and the other cams/boards works well with same configuration. I disconnected the other cam before testing as well.

Can I provide some more logs or anything?

Is the OAK-T static IP different from the 4P? You should have the device on the same subnet as the system. Can you give me the ipconfig output + camera IP?
