Can I Install Linux Packages on OAK-D 4 Series?

Hi,

I understand that the OAK-D 4 Series comes with a Linux-based OS. I’m wondering if it supports installing standard Linux packages, similar to Ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04.

For example, would it be possible to install and run packages like Streamlit on the OAK-D 4 Series? If so, are there any limitations or special considerations I should be aware of?

The linux based OS currently does not have a package manager so installing packages is not possible. But you should be able to manually copy some packages and extract them on-device. But they would have to be compiled for same architecture to work ofc.
