oak-d pro w does not conect to USB

I hope you're doing well.

I am experiencing an issue with my OAK-D Pro USB camera, which is not being detected. I am using a Y-connector along with a 5V 3A power adapter, but the camera is not appearing in dmesg -w or lsusb outputs.

Could you kindly advise if there is a way to perform a firmware reset for the device? I noticed the presence of a "boot-select" button on the camera. Could you provide detailed instructions on how to use this button to troubleshoot or reset the device?

Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

There should be no need to reset the device since it does not have onboard memory for bootloader. Have you tried connecting it to the PC without Y connector?
Seems like dmesg should report changes regardless.. Could you recheck with a different USB cable/port as well?

Here are the tests I have conducted so far:

I also have an OAK-D Pro W camera. I swapped the Y-connector between the OAK-D Pro and OAK-D Pro W to check if the connector was faulty, and confirmed that the connector is not the issue.
Tested the camera on a different PC.
Tried both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.
Connected the camera without the Y-connector and tested it with three different USB cables.
Checked the device connection using dmesg and depthai-python > device_manager.py, but the camera was not detected.

Ok, then it looks like the device is faulty. Please write to support@luxonis.com so we can replace it.
