Oak-1 Max: Images consistently skewed to the left.

When working with the Oak-1 Max, the images in 4_K are skewed to the left and up compared to 4000x3000 and 5312x6000. I assume it has something to do with what part of the sensor is used. Is there an explanation for this issue? And is there something I can do to correct it? I need a consistent center to hit a scalebar.

Any images you can provide? There is a crop from 12MP to 4K but it should be centered.

Okay, I must be doing something wrong on my end, then. Below are images of what I am seeing. When I choose 4000x3000 and 5312x6000 the centers are consistent, but when I choose 4k, the center is shifted up and to the left compared to the two other resolutions.

Can you share a MRE of this please? Does look like a wrong crop center - hence the larger y-shift since height is cropped more.
