We're attempting to integrate the OAK-D Pro PoE into a new product and running into some challenges consistently negotiating a 1 Gbps connection.
We find that our units consistently negotiate a 1 Gbps connection when connected to a PC over a short cable length, but over our longer cable lengths, we variably negotiate either a 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps connection.
When we are able to negotiate a 1 Gbps connection over a longer cable, the oak bandwidth test script measures approximately 900 Mbps download and 220 Mbps upload.
Is it possible to alter the link negotiation parameters on the OAK such that it more consistently negotiations a 1 Gbps connection, even if the actual achievable bandwidth is restricted?
Best,
Paul
