Flash Factory Bootloader does not change Bootloader

Hi, I have an OAK1-PoE camera, I updated the Bootloader from 0.0.22 to 0.0.28, but this is causing problems with the H265-coded frames. I tried using "device_manager.py" with "Flash Factory Bootloader" and "Factory reset" in the "Danger Zone" but nothing, the bootloader version does not change.

Hi @Davide , so you upgraded to 0.28, and now you want to downgrade back to 0.22?
Can you elaborate "problems with H265-coded frames"? As bootloader shouldn't have an effect on that.

Exactly, I would like to downgrade to 0.22, but it does not seem possible.

For the H265-coded frames (12MP), I am still trying to understand if there is a problem with my pipeline, but it stopped working when I upgraded the bootloader.

Regarding the Bootloader version is there another way to change it?

Another point, I see that with MJPEG VideoEncoder the frame size is reduced to 4K (from 12MP). Does it happen the same with H265?

@Davide I doubt it's bootloader's issue. Perhaps share minimal repro example, and we can help out.
WRT 4K output - I'm 99% sure you're using ColorCamera's video output, which is limited to 4K (see docs here).
One option would be to link isp (full 12mp) to ImageManip to convert it from yuv420 to nv12 (required by video encoder) and then link ImageManip output to VideoEncoder.

@erik thank you for the support. I tried your option linking isp (12MP) to ImageManip, but somehow it crashes and I cannot get any debug output. Is there maybe some example showing how to use 12MP-H265 on a PoE OaK-1 camera?

Using ColorCamera (4K) with H265 VideoEncoder everything works fine.
