Issues With OAK-D W Pro PoE OV97

Hello,

I have two cameras of the above model with different issues.

MxId 14442C10A1E2F2D600

The RGB sensor is not working. All the scripts accessing the stream get stuck.

Other Camera (no MxId available at the moment)

Suddenly, all the scripts accessing the camera returned XLINK device not found.

Hi,

For the first camera (MxId 14442C10A1E2F2D600):

Make sure you’re using the latest version of DepthAI.
Try the example script depthai-python/examples/ColorCamera/rgb_preview.py.
Use the DepthAI Viewer to check if the RGB stream works.

For the second camera (XLINK device not found):

Check the network setup and refer to the PoE Deployment Guide for troubleshooting.

Hi lovro ,

Concerning the first camera, we tried all the things you suggested without success. Moreover, depthai-viewer reports that it cannot connect to the device.

For the second camera we followed the Guide. Where are crash reports stored?
We implemented an autoreconnect system but the device was not reachable.

We'll check. In the meantime, do you think that the camera with broken RGB sensor must be returned and substituted?

Factory calibration was successful so the RGB camera works (or did). Can you try running cam_test.py script to check?

Review.

First Camera. The camera does not work since unboxed jakaskerl . Can I apply for warranty?

Second Camera. We do not have the additional chip for factory reset erik

@LcicC for second camera, have you tried factory resetting it? and try to use latest depthai version (so 2.29 atm).

@LcicC please send an email to support@luxonis.com and ask them for M8 programming board. It should be free of charge.

unfortunately we do not have time to wait for the reset board and testing. We already bought another camera.

It'd be better for us to send the camera back.
