      We apologize for the inconvenience, it looks like the mono camera got disconnected during the shipping. It's quite rare, but it does sometimes happen. I would suggest opening up the enclosure (remove 4 screws on the front enclosure and 4 screws from the back) and re-attaching the left mono camera, as shown in the image below. After re-attaching the mono camera and closing the enclosure back together, you should also recalibrate the camera.

          First of all thank you for your help.but i think maybe that's no the problem,because run python3 depthai_demo.py and It's normal.
