Oak-D vs Oak ToF

Hello I need to build and application that is capable to detect 2cm thickness difference between objects, the camera will be located 4meters away from the objects, also I need to consider that the illumination conditions vary during the working shift across the day. I was wondering which camera configuration is more suitable for this use case an OAK-D Pro W or an OAK-ToF.

I'd recommend TOF for variable illumination since it provides it's own source but 2cm precision is too low from 4m. The error is about 0.85% which is more than 2cm. https://docs.luxonis.com/hardware/platform/depth/depth-accuracy/
Stereo depth is similar.
