Hi We are using OAK-D W now. and it seems some portion of RGB carmera is out of fucus now. Could you help us to know its solution to overcome it?? That is on the same device? It looks like a lens defect, best to replace the device.

And both cameras on the devices? This is rather strange for a lens defect. Could vibration cause this issue (if lenses are AF) - can you check in a stationary environment?
