OskarSonc FabianRamirez could you provide more info on this? What did you run, where is the device placed etc... If it was used normally, write to support@luxonis.com for RMA
FabianRamirez Hi Oskar, I'm following this tutorial: https://discuss.luxonis.com/blog/6153-visual-slam-using-wheel-odometry-and-luxonis-oak-d-pro-on ...it slightly changes the launch command to see the mapping in rtab-map; I don't know if this is affecting it.
OskarSonc Is device on well-ventilated area and not enclosed or placed on a heat-conductive surface? What's temperature of the enviorment that the device is in? Is this one time thing or did it happen more than once?
FabianRamirez The device is not exposed to heat and is not on any surface; in my geographical location the temperature does not rise above 22°C... since I started doing tests with the camera I have noticed that it gets very hot when launching slam commands.
OskarSonc Hm I see, in that enviorment the max temperature should be around 70°C per docs. If you see that critical error more than once and this makes your device unusable for your use-case, you should write to support for RMA...
