Color Camera Will Not Start

I have an Oak-D Pro-W. I'm able to get anything running that uses the left and right IR cameras, but the color camera doesn't appear to be starting for me. I haven't been able to get any error logs, it just simply starts the program and never shows the color image.

I've been trying to get this to work in the rgb mono preview example in Python. So it is very simple. When I run this, left and right show, color does not.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Can you try with cam_test.py (under utilities). If that doesn't work, it's likely a HW issue.

Thank you for your reply. I have actually tried cam_test.py, and I can verify that it does not work. Sounds like i may need to see if I can get a repair / return.

Ok, apologies for that. Could you write to support@luxonis.com and along with the terminal logs from the cam_test.py so we can RMA.
