Pink Images

Good morning.

This is my first post, I hope this is the right place for my problem.

Yesterday was a complicated day. Numpy updated to 2.0.0 and I couldn't get anything to work until the end of the day. Fortunately, at the end of the day a new opencv-python package was published and the installation was resolved.

My camera is D-lite.

Now when I run the depthai examples, I only get pink windows. For example, if I run the pupil tracking example, I can see the arrows that mark the pupils but I DO NOT see my face, I only see a pink screen.

I'm a little frustrated...

Can you please help me?

I'm answering myself, in case it would be useful to someone else:

I think it is a problem related to the new pip version of opencv (opencv-python 4.10.0.84) compatible with numpy 2.0.0

Testing with numpy 1.26 the images are CORRECT.

Has already been fixed in luxonis/depthai-python95c79f8 so install_requirements.py will keep the old numpy version.

Hello !

Thanks for your answer. I was trying to run the quickstart depthai-sdk example and I got green images.
Uninstalling numpy 2.0.0 and installing numpy 1.26 solved the problem!

Additionally, when trying to run the record example from the quickstart, 'av' was missing.
pip install av did not work and caused it to freeze.
pip install av --no-binary av did the job
