Hello,
My camera is not reliable on the network anymore.
- I have verified the DHCP and POE and it is ok.
- I have connected the camera to usb using the m8 module and did a factory reset.

but the camera is never showing on the network. It use to work, but not anymore. What can I do?

Is the device in the same subnet as your PC? Could you try pinging it? When you ran the factory reset did you choose network bootloader option?

Hello,

The device is in "network" factory reset and on the same network.
After further testing, I found out:
- I needed to use the POE injector provided with the camera, all the other POE+ that I tried were not sufficient for the camera to boot/work.
- The camera needs to be factory reset all the time has it loose its "network" boot loader for some reason
- Even after a "factory reset" the camera is not reliable and disconnect all the time
- Tried many cable, camera, switch, …
We will RMA the camera has it is not reliable for us.
