OAK-D gone while running demo

Hi there, while I was running the demo (and it was running smooth) all by sudden connection to USB was lost. Tested different cables, different platforms, via Python, etc. > "USB device is not found".

Can you tell me the friendly name that I would receive by using following powershell command for further debugging?
Get-PnpDevice | Where-Object { $_.InstanceId -match '^USB' }
Any other ideas to debug this issue? Is there some way to get my OAK-D repaired if the hardware is broken?

Hello joe_de , we apologize for the inconvenience. Could you post a full error log when trying to run a demo with USB3 cable, please?
In case this is a hardware failure (very unlikely, we have yet to see one at +50k devices), we can also replace your device.

not sure if you understand this under a "full error log". Let me know if you need more details and maybe you got a brief description how to create such a log

Hello joe_de , a brief description would be great, and if you could post the log from console app as well that might be useful. Another option worth trying is to git clone/download depthai repo, and run python depthai_demo.py -usbs usb2 - to force USB2 connection, as there might be something with the cable to not be able to use USB3 speeds.

Unfortunately that does not help - as you can see the device is not even recognized. Latest drives, different cables...
