Update DepthAI Library Version

Hi, I have been using DepthAI version 20.20.2 and would like to update to the newest version of the library. I understand how to download the new zipped release I want and use CMake to build and install the package (following README on github), but I don't fully understand how to uninstall the old library. I have installed the library under /usr/local and am developing my code using Ubuntu.

If you built the library with CMake, you should be able to uninstall it with sudo make uninstall.
