(Depthmap) Bounding box off-center in update?

Hello,

I have been facing this issue for a few hours and wanted to know if anyone else had this.
I am using depthai 2.11.0.0 (Python) and modifying th mobilenet modules to use facenet.

I have been noticing that the face detetion is perfect but the bounding box on the depthmap, is slightly off center.
Since I am in a big space, I this means a considerable portion of my face depth is from the background.
I went back to the old things and the issue was not present.

Is anyone else seeing this?
Should I post photos to confirm?

Using:
Ubuntu 20.04 (VMware Workstation).

Hello tarocal , this happens because depth is viewed from the right mono camera, and color from the color camera in the middle. To solve this, you can align rgb and stereo streams on the device, demo here.

Thanks for the response. I've been working on 2.3.0.0 (for continuity in project) before I updated to the latest versions.
This really helps me now.

But I have one other questions.

I've backed the OAK-D-Lite, and I am planning to get the auto-focus one. If I were to continue developing for 'rgb_depth_aligned' code, can I still use the auto-focus OAK-D-Lite? Seems like I can't but any confirmation would be helpful.

(The FAQ suggests Fixed-Focus would be better for rgb_depth but does not say if it is impossible with auto-focus.)

Hello tarocal,
sorry for the confusion here; even with auto-focus camera you will be able to use rgb-depth alignment, it would just be better alignment with the fixed-focus one. I would change this in the FAQ but unfortunately can't anymore (the campaign is locked).
