How do I know if I have a wheel that isn't downloadable?? I have little experience with programming so I haven't been able to solve this problem yet. I downloaded the full github repository with all the codes and I'm trying this comand in my Visual Studio Code Terminal, but I get the same mistake. python3 -m pip install depthai_sdk==1.12 should probably still work with the example. If you pick a wheel that isn't directly downloadable or you don't have internet connection, pip will try to manually build the wheel, which you need CMAKE for.

Ah, you are using python3.12. That explains why the wheels aren't available. Wheels for depthai for python3.12 are theoretically prebuilt, but they were not pushed to the pypi (they will be when depthai 2.25 comes out).
For now:
I assume this is WIN10, x64 (AMD64), and python3.12. This info should get you the right wheel from https://artifacts.luxonis.com/artifactory/luxonis-python-snapshot-local/depthai/.

Thanks for helping me!

I run the code inside "Link to wheel" from my downloads using a doble click, but the program closes within 2 seconds.

I suppose the wheel had installed in my computer but I tried to run again my main.py and it still doesn't work.

Do you have any other recommendations?? I can uninstall python 3.12 and install the version you tell me that works better with depthai-sdk.

And you are correct, my computer is Win10 x 64

You have to install the wheel using pip install <wheel>. And that is depthai wheel, not depthai sdk.

I don't think depthai_sdk is supported on 3.12 as of now. You might be able to install it using pip install --no-dependencies depthai_sdk.

Bro, why in god's name are you installing "depthai-2.9.0.dev.." pretty sure that's not the wheel I linked.

Glad the sdk works now 🙂
