PoE not connecting

I am working with an Oak-D Pro PoE, and I am having trouble setting it up. I am using a UniFi U-PoE-af injector with the camera connected to the PoE port and another ethernet cable going to my Windows PC. This may be a simple problem and stem from a lack of understanding, but I cannot get the depthai-viewer or the DepthAi desktop app to detect the camera. I have gone through the "First steps with DepthAI", "Getting started with OAK PoE devices", and "Powering PoE devices" pages on your website and it is not clear what the problem is.

Any troubleshooting techniques you have for me would be appreciated, and I am more than happy to give you any more information that may help you help me.

If you can confirm the device is powered on, then check your PC's network adapter settings. I'm interested in the PC's IP, mask and gateway.

Is there a power indicator on the camera? I have it plugged into my injector and I see no indication that the camera is powered on besides a light on the injector but that is always on when connected to power.

If there is no led on the bottom of the device, the only thing you can do in that case, is to open the device and check the PCB inside. But I doubt we are dealing with a faulty device.

There is no LED on the bottom, but I did open it up and can confirm that it is powering on. Specifically, I can see a green LED shining behind the PBC.
