OAK-1-PeE no longer connects with Ethernet after Factory Reset

Hello,

I factory reset an OAK-1-PoE through device_manager.py, as I believed I'd soft bricked it when trying to change its static IP earlier.

I selected NETWORK as my bootloader type and it seems to have gone through fine.

However, when I now connect my camera through PoE, it says "no devices available". The board does light up, however the ethernet light does not. Previously, I was able to connect the camera perfectly fine.

I'm very confused about why this is happening, and a little lost on if I even properly factory reset it.

Fixed: The error seems to be that the factory reset didn't happen properly. I tried it again a few times and kept running into an X_LINK_ERROR (https://discuss.luxonis.com/d/1184-couldnt-read-data-from-stream-bootloader-x-link-error/9).

I solved this error by downgrading from Depthai 2.24.0.0 to Depthai 2.23.0.0

This issue persists using version 2.24.0.0 of depthai in conjunction with device_manager.py when trying to upgrade bootloader version 0.0.19 to 0.0.26 on an OAK-D Pro PoE device. Using depthai==2.23.0.0 however fixes the upgrade issue for me.

After downgrading, I did a factory reset on my PoE camera (with USB C) again, and after that was done connected it back with ethernet and all was good.
