We had a team member force the ethernet M12 connector in an incorrect orientation a number of times while trying to test one of our OAK-D Pro PoE cameras. The connector is chewed up but still works properly (continuity tested). This camera no longer connects successfully (in the same setup where our second camera connects instantly).
When powered, both LED1 and PWR light up solid green, and the VPU and Realtek ethernet controller begin to heat up. Are there some additional hardware debugging steps we can complete?
Thanks in advance!
