cannot connect oak ffc 6p board

Im using oak ffc 6p board. Im not able to detect the device on my host device. Cannot ssh or ping, using the methods shown in documentation.
I checked my usb cable and connection, everything seems to be fine. I also tried different host computer and I get the same issue. Did anyone face similar problem, could you suggest me some solution or fix for this.

Hi @Nemo
Connect to the device using USB. Press the BOOT_BTN and plug in the cable. Then release the button. You should see the device on linux host with lsusb. Then you can ssh to it via USB just like in the docs.

Thanks for your response.
I tried this and i don't see the device using lsusb.

I also don't see any of the LEDs glowing on the OAK board. Also I find the device getting heated up.

If no LED lights up and the device is getting hot, it's likely a HW issue in which case we'll send you a replacement.
