hannaan we have connected the camera properly with the poe adapter , the device is not coming up in our network ,also we are not able to connect or ping the device in its static ip pls help
jakaskerl Hi hannaan Could you unscrew the top off, so you can see if the board is powered on. Lights should flash on the PCB and also on the RJ45 (ETH) connector. What are your PC specs? Thanks, Jaka
hannaan thanks for the information we have reomeved the top cover of the camera ,the camera seems to be working while powering it with the c type cable , but the POE adapter doesnt seem to power the camera we are using a 24V(0.5A) poe adapter.
