How to Set Fixed Exposure and ISO for a Grayscale Camera During Initialization?

But currently, it seems that I am unable to set them during initialization.

Can you provide guidance on this?

Try with monoLeft.initialControl.setManualExposure(exp_t, iso) when creating the pipeline.
