can not connect to the rae robot when i running an app

hi, i don't use any guides, just simply through robothub studio.

i uploaded an app through robothub and ran it later.

      I don't have enough info to know the problem here.

      1. Which apps do you have installed; to which app are the cameras assigned?
      2. Have you created the app from the “default” template? That currently isn't supported on RVC3 devices.

          I followed the robothub-examples to create my own app, and deploymented it on the rae robot via robothub studio.

          And at first I thought maybe there were some bugs within my own app, so i turned to the official repositories and tried emotion recognition app, and it didn't work either.
          So could it be a problem of supported equipments? Since rae is based on RVC3.
