Hello, When I launch the demo program, (Windows 11), an error message appears immediately.

I updated but the problem persists.

    What versions of depthai and depthai_sdk are you running?
    Could you try running the cam_test.py or any of the depthai-python examples? Add terminal output as well.

      Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions but I'm a beginner.

      I'm using DepthAI version 3.4.0

      I can't run cam_test.py

      I thought it was coming from the usb cable so I changed and it's still the same.

      I installed DephtAI on another computer... same thing

      I thought it came from the OAK-D but even without plugging it in, as soon as I launch the program, the message appears immediately.

      It's weird because a while ago, it worked but it must have been a previous version of DepthAI

        3.4.0 is the latest windows installer, so the latest packages should be installed along the demo app. This also means you have depthai-viewer installed. Could you check if the viewer is working as intended?

        The error you are experiencing is not usually a device issue, but a software/FW problem.

          I don't see which viewer it is.

          The installation went well without any error messages.

          When I launch the program, the window opens but that's it.

          I think I'm missing some things to install.

            Looks like there was a problem in the installer. First time install should give you an option whether to open the device connection with depthai_demo or depthai-viewer.

            Maybe try installing the viewer: luxonis/depthai-viewer
