I have the DepthAI: Rpi compute module edition and for some reason, there is no serial1 and the file /dev/serial1 doesn't exist. I tried loading a fresh copy of raspbian but I'm still getting the same result. Due to this, my serial inputs aren't working. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello @buckethead , just to make sure, do you have serial interface enabled on the RPI? sudo raspi-config
Thanks, Erik

    Hello @buckethead ,
I don't have a depthai RPI at hand at the moment, but I'm actually wondering if maybe it could be some other port, not the /dev/serial1. So from my googling these are just simbolic links, could you check /dev/ttyS0 and /dev/ttyAMA0? You might also want to try out a gui for com (eg. CuteCom) as it lists all the available ports for you. If this doesn't help I can check this with the RPI when I get home.
    Thanks, Erik

    Hi...AIUI BT didn't change from AMA0 to serial1.

To make the circumstance more unsurprising the BT gadget (which can be ttyAMA0 or ttyS0, contingent upon your arrangement) is constantly connected to/dev/serial1

This is finished with a udev rule.

Is/and so on/udev/rules.d/99-com.rules present on your framework?

Hello BabbRust, I believe we only have udev rules set for myriadX.
