Delay on host-multiple-OAK-sync.py

As the tittle says, I get a delay (cv2.imshow screen is 20 seconds behind the real world) when running the demo from: https://github.com/luxonis/depthai-experiments/blob/master/gen2-syncing/host-multiple-OAK-sync.py.

I tried with everything the same in my script and also tried to set the maxSize=1 on this line but nothing works, I was wondering whether anyone knows how to improve this?

Which devices and how many are you using with this script? Does the delay get progressively worse or does it stay constant? Could you print the message timestamps (using getTimestampDevice) to see if there is anything you can learn from it?

I am working with 3 OAK-D pro W PoE camera's. It does get progressively worse (the 20 seconds I mentioned above in the previous post is at roughly a 30 seconds after running the script). Using getTimestampDevice() I get the timestamps which correspond to the lag.

At what resolutions are you running the cameras? Could it be that you are oversaturating your ethernet bandwidth? Usually a PC (or some host) will have a maximum of 1Gbps network adapter which can quickly fill up when using raw unencoded frames.
