I can't connect my oak 1 poe through the poe cable

Hello,

I'm having a problem connecting poe camera oak 1. It turns out that the camera doesn't detect (No DepthAI device found!) when I run the Depthai_demo.py code over a PoE connection. However, if I connect it with USB there is no problem. I tried factory resetting the device, setting a fixed IP for the camera and nothing worked. How is it possible that it only works via USB but the PoE connection does not work?

Have you already checked the POE getting started docs, together with Troubleshooting section?

That's how it is. I reviewed all that documentation. I flashed the device (even more than once) as indicated in its documentation and I cannot find the problem, the camera is not detected via PoE. Do you have any ideas what I could try?
