RuntimeError: Communication exception

Hi all ,

I am running the cumulative counting script from depthai-examples.
The code runs without issues for 15-20 minutes but after that I get this error :
RuntimeError: Communication exception - possible device error/misconfiguration. Original message 'Couldn't read data from stream: 'outFrame' (X_LINK_ERROR)'

I checked the forum for this issue, the speed is SUPER and there is no problem with cabling. What could be the reason of this error ?

Hi martin181818 ,
Could you run the device in debug mode, and check whether there's something strange going on (RAM / temperature / CPU)? Otherwise, I'd suspect cabling/connection. Have you tried a different USB-C cable, or enabling USB2 mode?
