Hello.
I have two products, oak pro and oak pro wide.
While testing the product with oak pro wide, I tried to try oak pro too, but the usb is not recognized.
There seems to be no problem with the USB port and USB cable.

when i connect oak pro
No logs from 'dmesg -w'.
how can i solve it?

    And testing both devices separately works as expected?
    Perhaps there isn't enough power supplied to the usb port of the second device.

    Thoughts?

    I tested individually and connected the usb port that worked well with oak pro wide to oak pro.
    It was not tested with the two devices connected together.
    A separate power source (5v 2A) was applied through the included hub.

      Could you check without the hub? Perhaps the bandwidth is too low or it something else. Could you connect the devices directly to the PC?

        Same result even if connected without a hub.
        The device doesn't seem to boot up.

        I understood this as though the device is working when connected to the PC by itself. Only when connected along with the pro wide does it not work.
        Now I'm having second thoughts that the OAK PRO doesn't work at all (even with pro wide's cable and the same port). Could you confirm that is the case?
        Perhaps the device is faulty.
