  • System Error: Mono Right Camera - Not Detected

Dear Forum,
I'm new to DepthAi and CV and purchased an Oak-D Camera to get a jump into the topic.
I'm afraid that my issue has been solved or adressed somewhere before and I just missed it.
I've been running the Tutorial examples. Everytime I run one of the Depth Tutorials like "DepthPreview" I get a system error : Attmpted to start Mono right Camera - Not Detected

    Sorry about this. It seems that the right mono camera is either broken or is disconnected internally.

    Could you send us an email at support@luxonis.com?

    Once we have your shipping address and contact phone, we'll get a new unit out to you ASAP.

    This is the first time we've seen this failure. There's a high chance that the internal connector simply was not fully seated or got disconnected somehow.

    Either way, we'll get you a new unit out ASAP. But in case you're curious, you could open up the unit, unscrewing the 4 front screws and the 4 back, and then 2 internal, to pull the PCBA out and see if the connector is disconnected. If it is, you could plug it back in and then have 2 OAK-D. :-)
