Ping was missed Error: How to prevent or catch it?

Hello,

We have multiple cameras running almost 24/7 in a Windows Terminal, and sometimes we get the following error: "[host] [warning] Monitor thread (device: xxxxx) - ping was missed, closing device connection." We have a batch file that will restart the program if it stops running, but the problem with this error is it prevents the camera from running, but the actual software does not stop running and freezes, meaning the computer thinks the software is still running. Can this error be prevented from occurring in the first place? If it does happen, is there a way to catch this error so it does not freeze everything?

What is the version of depthai and the bootloader on the devices - are they both on the latest version?

I found the process, I will download and check all the camera and then get to you thanks.

My Device State is UNBOOTED (not sure if this is relevant, or because I use my own code), bootloader version is 0.0.26, and current depthai is 2.22.0.0.
