I found the specs page for OAK D lite, but I have a question about the FOV.

I'm doing a calculation that requires me to know the FOV of the video. I know the Raspberry Pi cameras do binning based on resolution, but I've also seen cameras that just resize the full sensor output to the desired resolution without cropping.

Based on the specs, the color camera full sensor is roughly 4:3. When running at 1080p, what does the FOV reduce to?

  • Hi JamesRivers

4K should have the same FOV as 1080p, just downsized. ISP at 12MP should have the full fov. You can calculate the fov from here.

    Thanks,
