Error when running intall_requirements.py

I was trying to use OAK-D Lite on Raspberry Pi 3B. Following instructions on the internet, after installing depthai and depthai-python.git, I try to run "sudo python3 install_requirements.py", however the following error occurs when the progress bar freezes.

Any immediate help would be appreciated

Hi Ninjai
Seems like you don't have (stable) internet connection from the rpi. That would cause the read timeout. Which install_requirements.py script are you running?
