Creating blob file using yolov3 to run in OAK-D

I am using OAK-D to perform object detection using YOLOv3. Kindly tell the procedure to create blob file for my custom model.

I have created blob file for YOLOV8 but there is no reference code to run in OAKD.

Provide references for both the queries
