  • USB-C Hub + Cable Setup for Multiple OAK-D Cameras

I'm looking to use more than 5 OAK-D Pro W cameras to generate 3D scans from multiple angles of a center object. However, I am limited to the 4 USB-C ports on my laptop.

Is there a USB-C Hub hardware that would support multiple camera inputs into a single hub connection into my laptop?

Also, what brand usb-c cables would you recommend that are longer than 2m+ and support data+power with high throughput for this setup?

    I'd limit the use of USB hubs since having many Depthai devices connected to your computer through a single port is probably going to introduce delays due to bandwidth limitations, unless you are displaying low res video feeds. I'd go for the highest speed USB hub your laptop supports.
